Mandate for Package Customization Company
This mandate is made on [current date] by Ravi Tour Agency, a company incorporated under the laws of India, with its registered office at [registered office address] (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”).
Recitals
WHEREAS, the Company is engaged in the business of providing tour packages and travel services to its customers; and
WHEREAS, the Company wishes to customize its tour packages to meet the specific needs and requirements of its customers;
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants and agreements contained herein, the parties agree as follows:
Article 1: Scope of Work
The Company shall provide package customization services to its customers, which shall include:
– Customizing tour packages to meet the specific needs and requirements of each customer;
– Providing detailed itineraries and quotes for each customized tour package;
– Coordinating with suppliers and service providers to ensure the smooth execution of each customized tour package;
Article 2: Customer Requirements
The customer shall provide the Company with all necessary information and requirements for the customized tour package, including but not limited to:
– Destination(s) and duration of travel;
– Type of accommodation and transportation required;
– Activities and experiences desired;
– Budget and payment terms;
Article 3: Payment Terms
The customer shall pay the Company a non-refundable deposit of [amount] to confirm the booking, with the balance payable [number] days prior to departure. The customer shall also be responsible for any additional costs or expenses incurred due to changes or cancellations made to the customized tour package.
Article 4: Cancellation and Refund Policy
In the event of cancellation or changes to the customized tour package, the Company shall refund the customer in accordance with its cancellation and refund policy, which shall be provided to the customer at the time of booking.
Article 5: Liability and Indemnity
The Company shall not be liable for any damages or losses suffered by the customer due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, or unforeseen events. The customer shall indemnify and hold harmless the Company against any claims, demands, or liabilities arising out of or in connection with the customized tour package.
Article 6: Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This mandate shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with this mandate shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, and the seat of arbitration shall be [Jaipur].
